Although he is best known as a charismatic and enigmatic actor in blockbusters such as "Independence Day", "The Fly", "Jurassic Park" and as the Wizard of Oz in "Wicked", the versatile Jeff Goldblum has cultivated a great love for the piano since his youth.
His band, The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra - named after an old family friend - was assembled in Los Angeles in the 1990s with the help of a friend and local jazz musicians. Since then, when he's not away filming, Goldblum regularly leads his band through arrangements of jazz classics in both the studio and live dates. With a clutch of albums under his belt, Goldblum has racked up an impressive range of distinguished guest artists; from Scarlett Johansson to Gregory Porter, Melody Gardot to Ariana Grande.
