Holly Cole: Baby, It's Cold Outside
Universal Music Canada, 2001
Canadian singer Holly Cole’s third full-length Christmas album, 2001’s “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” finds her tackling a selection of much-loved festive classics. She gets to indulge her trademark sultriness on timeless cuts like the title track and “Santa Baby,” while also providing some surprises and lesser known tracks including a version of Vince Guaraldi’s “Christmas Time Is Here,” and “Never, No,” formerly sung by fellow Canadian songbird Mary Margaret O’Hara.
